Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

There was some rolling sound or ringing sound(like if water goes inside ear) he is getting intermittently. It's not reducing. It comes and goes periodically. Please suggest on this. Thanks

I have this throat pain, itching on one side of the throat. It comes and goes. I had strep throat like 4-5months ago. For that I took medicine for 3 days and it was fine. Then I started having sinus pain, I took steam and kept gargling and did neti too. I took augmentin 625 for a week. Then sinus pain was OK. But in the morning when I get up there Is always an urge for me to clear my throat and I can see mucus sticking to the back of my throat. When I go out for a walk aftr some time my throat is completely dry and then there is irritation. M attaching a few pics of my throat . kindly guide me. This sore throat, sinus is like since Feb middle week.

I am a 29 year old male and I am suffering from allergy since childhood. Lately, I have also been suffering from Allergic Asthma and I am taking Seroflo Inhaler and Montair FX tablet. But, one thing clearly disturbs me. Some months ago, I underwent a reverse spirometry test and my FEV1/ FVC ratio was 81%. But my FEV1 ratio was 71% and even after using bronchodilator, my FEV1 didnot improve and it was same. I donot do smoking. Is it a cause of concern? I consulted the doctor and he told me that maybe my test was done properly and I need to undergo the test again. Is it a cause of concern that FEV1 didnot improve after using bronchodilator in the lab? I am very much worried.

How to reduce sinus pain around the eyes n inside head. There is throbbing sense inside head which pains when lowering head or lying down.

I am having difficulty in swollowing and also pain in the throat. I have pain in all over ny neck and irritation in throat. When I put my head downwards I feel that something has stuck in my throat. I am also having difficulties in swollowing. I think I'm having acid reflux. Can you tell me the treatment? I am also having too much belching in a day.

My nose isn't blocked but it has been runny for past few weeks. It was bleeding when I tried taking steam but then it stopped when I stopped taking steam. I have no cough and no fever and no headache. I also don't have any allergies. Took some medicines in the starting Chest And Cold for 3 days but there was no relief. I recovered and was okay for past 2-3 days but now it's again runny.
