Following are the symptoms - Feel like there is something clog in my throat / chock - sore throat - swollen tonsils on right side - something swollen under my chin, which is only visible if I look up to the ceiling, otherwise it seems like a double chin Dr Suggested some antibiotics for GERD for 3 days bt did not get relief to the extent What it could be?
