Theoat problem
I have problem in throat. From last 4 year my voice is continusely changed. Now I have to make force to talk with someone . The voice seems to be sitting all the time. Also hoarseness in voice from last 3-4 years. Alert from this there is no problem in throat. No pain. Previously taking alcohal daily hoti 20th march now I quit alcohal completely.  Dr prescribed this. Is the dr prescribed good medicines. Due to corona dr not done endoscopy and just examine normally with torch.. kindly suggest what to do please. Is there any problems

Hoarseness of voice, progressive in nature should be checked with endoscopy as you have been told. However since its not possible in present scenario medications have been prescribed. Do you have acidity problem? It can slso cause voice change
Next Steps
Pl locate clinic doing endoscopy and visit( additional cost of ppe may be included) Alternatively CT scan of neck can give some insight

Long standing change in voice will requires fiber optic laryngoscopy to be done but seeing current sceneario it should be avoided. Better to get a CT done and see if there is any pathology.
