Throat Issue
Hi Doctors, My throat issue started two months back with mild swallowing problem.. I was able to eat.. only while swallowing saliva, feel a mild pin point pain near epiglottis left side.. also sometimes while yawning or talking loud.. I have taken antibiotics, montek Lc, pan D... now for last 3/4 days the mild pain while swallowing saliva is not there but a mild pain in the throat or burning sensation kind is there.. sometimes after eating or gargling with salt water.. no issue while eating, but after eating sometimes feel like food is stuck in the throat and urge to spit out mucus kind.. had little occasional fever in the beginning.. have very less appetite.. mostly the thing bothering now is the tightness or food lodged feel in the middle of the throat.. doc did laryngoscopy and said LPRD.. taken all medicine suggested but not curing.. since it's over two months, I am very scared with the thought of tumour and have lost my sleep..please refer the pictures and provide your opinion!!

If you have any acidity problem then the sticky sensation and burning sensation in the throat will take time to reduce. If you’re not able to breathe properly from your nose and are a habitual mouth breather The throat will become dry during nights and hence the saliva becomes sticky during the daytime this can give you a false feeling of a foreign body sensation in the throat. Take antacids and a regular diet. If you still feel that your symptoms aren’t coming down then visit in ENT for further evaluation.
Next Steps
If symptoms are not Subsiding then visit an ENT Surgeon for further evaluation
Health Tips
Frequent sips of water and do not swallow saliva repeatedly.

From your symptoms, it sounds like lprd rather than a  tumour. If you have a picture of the laryngoscopy, please upload it. Start the Pan D and Montek LC as advised before. Avoid spicy, oily and fried foods. Avoid excessive tea/ coffee. Avoid lying down or bending over immediately after a meal. Avoid large meals. Better to take smaller quantities more frequently.
Next Steps
If symptoms do not improve within a few days, consult in OPD.
