Painless bump on roof of mouth
I've had a painless bump on the roof of my mouth for the last 2.5 weeks. I first noticed it after I had some very hot coffee, so thought it must be because of that. However, it has now been 2.5 weeks and it has not gone away, so I'm a bit worried. I used dologel 2-3 times, but I kee forgetting to apply it consistently. Kindly advise as bumps like this have previously resolved on their own within a week but this one hasn't. Also i've been on b12 injections for 1 month so i know that's not the issue. Attached are photos, kindly advise. Thank you.
