I have swollen lymph nodes of 1.2*0.7cm in side of neck for 6 months. It is moveable and bit painfull. It has not increased in size. Other symtoms were nosebleed, nasal congestion, constant transparent phlegm and post nasal drip which has resolved now.But lymph nodes is still there. What can be possible diagnosis. Can it be cancer??
