Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I am 28 years old , for last 2 days i am feeling there is something in throat(feeling something while shallowing, no cough, no fever. ). Plz guide me is it initial symptoms of covid? Due to this its make me anxiety, ..

I am weird pain while touching my throat from outside. There is one specific point (photo attached) which on touching is painful. Its gives a jelly kind of feel. On coughing hardly, very mucus comes out. There is no problem in swallowing though. Is it something to worry?

I had swollen lymph nodes 1.4*0.3cm in level 3 of neck. It is for 5 months now. Doctor said it is nothing to worry as it is oval shaped and prescribed me antibiotics.

I had 1.2*0.7cm swollen lymph nodes in upper part of posterior triangle of neck which is persistent for 6 months. It is still painful to touch, soft and moveable. I had previously no symtoms just bit of throat irritation. But now i had symptoms of nasal irrigation, post nasal drip and bit of cough. Fnac report says features of  reactive lymphadenitis in background of rbc and No atypical cells seen. The size of node hasn't changed a bit. What going to be my next steps. I had also taken a course of Antibiotics. I am uploading my ultrasound report.

Hello Doctor, I have a mild sore throat for last one month. No problem in eating solid food, just a mild pain in a particular point below left tonsil while swallowing saliva or sometimes yawning or talking. Have taken azithral, augmentin, Allegra, clarithromycin but not much change. Have mild fever(97.7) sometimes. Have less appetite and sometimes feel like food is stuck and have to clear my throat. Also feel burning or itching sensation sometimes in that area. Please refer the attached pic of left tonsil. Doctors said due to acid reflux but I am worried a lot with the fear of something serious. Please provide your opinions. Thanks.
