Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My left tonsil is bleeding , i don't have any recent issue with my tonsils , i drank softdrinks and after an hours it bleeds, i also drink a lot of cold water with ice on it and when i check my tonsil it haves a little hole on it i think its an ulcer, what should i do and when it will heal.

Hello dr. Facing red throat and front red bump with white dots...from 4 months around. Left side irritation No pain in swelling hard food water. White Mucus problem. Node in  backheadneck like consist pea size. Recently one more submental node comes And white spot like tonsil stone on left side  throat noticing from 4 months. Its normal? Any warning sign? Is this granular phraynits?

Having severe ear pain in my right one and I was prescribed some medicine by a doctor when I consulted online but among those medicine only painkiller helps and that too for around 2 to 3 hours. That's all. And after that the pain comes back and it's excruciating pain, unbearable. Please help me.

I am having recurring sore throat aice aa month with feeling of mucus stuck at back of my throat . Throat irritation is not always , it comes and goes in few days.No others symptoms, only mild cough when irritation increases Doctor diagnosis was Pharyngitis, took antibiotics and PPIs as well (had acidity pbm a month back).The symptoms have not improved, please help

I am suffering for tonsil stone last one year . I found some  small stone in my tonsil . Some stone allrady i remove but the outer stone did not . Some time i feel some thing stuck in my throat . I have no ear pain no fever no swallowing in my mouth no sore throat . But i have only one issue dry throat. How can i do next . How to relif this problem please advice me . How to cure this problem with out any surgery . I do gargle with batadine twig daily . Can i have coronic tonsillitis.

मुझे नाक द्वारा सही से सॉस नहीं आती और नाक हमेशा भारी-भारी और हमेशा बंद रहता है।  मेरा 2 बार Deviated nasal septum और saptoplasty का ऑपरेशन भी 2012 और 2018 में हो चुका है लेकिन हर बार opertaion के कुछ दिन के बाद वही पुरानी स्थिति हो जाती है। मेरी नाक हमेशा बंद रहती है और मुझे सांस ठीक से ना आने की वज़ह से अंदर घुटन और बैचनी बनी रहती है और आंखों से साफ भी इस वज़ह से नही दिखाई देता जिस कारण में गाड़ी भी नही चलाता। मेरी सारी लाइफ इस परेशानी से suffer कर रही है और में आपको बता नही सकता कितना दुखी हूं।क्या मेरी इस परेशानी का कोई परमानेंट समाधान है या नहीं।  इस समस्या का कारण क्या है।में कौन-सा ट्रीटमेंट लू जिससे कि में ज़िन्दगी भर के लिए नाक से साँस की समस्या दूर कर सकू।में स्मोकिंग भी करता हु 6 सिगरेट तक दिन में। मेरी इस समस्या को दूर करने के लिए मुझे गाइड करे।प्लीज़ में काफी ज़्यादा दुःखी हु और मेरी यह दिक्कत लगभग 8 साल से है।8 साल पहले में बिल्कुल ठीक था। मेरी यह परेशानी क्यों हुई है और इसकी क्या वजह है।मुझे किस प्रकार का ट्रीटमेंट लेना चाहिए जिससे में बिल्कुल ठीक हो सकू। मुझे सही गाइड करक
