Request to verify allergy test report
Dear Sir/Madam,
As per discussion with one of the doctor on practo, I have done allergy test for my throat pain. I am experiencing throat pain since last 2 to 3 months for which one of the your specialist suggested to go for allergy test the report is attached herewith kindly check and let me know the findings of the report.
