Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

For last two days my mother is complaining of virtigo .she has history of this fr last 2 yrs. She is taking tab STUGERON PLUS AND VERTIN 16MG .Her b.p is in the morning 140/100. So we are giving her TB telm 40 as per prescribed. Now problem is her virtigo episodes is continuines and headache also. What should I do now?

Since from two months I'm facing throat irritation, frequently I'm swallow my saliva i been quit irritating for,before i never had throat problem this..

When I insert my finger, I could feel or see clearly from mirror like there is a yellow substance which is nothing polyp..earlier doctor told in 2018 there is polyps and need surgery for it. But I can see clearly in mirror the poly and unable to exhale from that nostril and when I try to inhale hardly through that nostril Near my it's vibrating. Can anyone give suggestion how to move further, is surgery really required for polyps, or through medication it can cure ?

I have quit smoking 2 months back (used to smoke 4-5 cigarettes daily). What are the withdrawal symptoms? Since i am having irritation in my throat, very less mucus comes if i cough because of irritation.

There is a bit of swelling inside the nose. It doesn't give pain. Just sometimes it gets swelled and sometimes its normal!

Dr I am getting heavy head constantly When I take steam it reduces Again it comes Due to this my ear also pains My throat too pains I took cetzin buy not effective I am diabetic Please advise

I am hearing this series of clicks in my left ear after my wisdom tooth removal 4 months ago. This clicking sound comes after i remove my hand from the ear or after i clap infront of ear? Or after any sharp sound. I also hear this clicks after i cough or sneeze? I am very much tensed. The sound is like when we tear a paper slowly.

Feeling pain or discomfort when swallowing food and water. Normal time also feeling some pain and irritation, thyroid test done and it's normal. Problem lasting for 1 month and pain come and go away frequently.

Having throat dryness and inconvenience at throat -  removing the sputum(hard & white)  feels good(Frm 3days). Issue mostly obsevrd after waking up from sleep. Earlier same issue was observed and got tests done for TB (TB wasn't there and sinusitis was observed( xray pns ) In pandemic it's making me think more , & Increasing anxiety. Dryness is felt  on the left side of nose (Nasal congestion also observed) The throat dryness is observed on the side where the nose is getting dry. Attaching earlier reports ... P.S - No fever & No body temp / no body pains / no cold& cough.
