What is CBC test?my doctor suggested me to do this?why is it done?p what's the reason behind it?plzz inform me

I hear a rumbiling sound after i touch my right ear . I also hear this rumbling like wind sound when i press my cheeks and neck region around the right ear. I dont feel thing when i am not touching the ear or the area around the ear.I dont have any problem with hearing.

Can you please explain me what is the rumbling sound i hear when a steel plate falls on the ground? I hear this rumbling sound when a steel plate falls or when i hit a steel plate with spoon? It happens momentarily and stops

I am suffering from right ear pain and ear closed/blocked from 2-3 days. Please tell me how to treat this.

I feel something is stuck in my throat as I swallow, it feels poky or some fibrous growth. I've nasal congestion as well, I am able to breathe but not freely. And there's also need to cough, it feels like I've inhaled smoke which leads to need of coughing when I inhale deeply. It's been there for more than a month. I've taken medicines like antibiotics, antihistamines already. Please help and suggest the needful.

1 blood test report -  lymphocytes cout. 42% others all are normal 2 C-reactive protein report- 2mg/L

I have ear pain, low end jaw pain for past 10 days. My nose and ear are blocked. I have swelling under the ears near the low end of the jaw. It's exactly under the ears. Have pain inside the ear. Ear completely feel full and blocked. No relief for even a second. Diagnosed as suppurative Otitis media without spontaneous rupture of eardrum, sinusitis. Taking amoxicillin, indomethacin NSAIDs for a week. Along with Zyrtec antihistamine and Flonase drops. If it not subside, asked me to check with dentist. I don't know if it's a dental issue or ear issue or sinus issue. I am having completely congested nose and ear. There's is a sharp pain under the ears at the lower end of the jaw. I have swelling on the same spot. What could be the issue? How long should I take Zyrtec and Flonase drops? How to get relief from this pain, fullness and swelling? Attaching the image. Thank you.
