Dull itching on left ear
I have very dull itching on left ear occassionly past 3 months and left throat as well it keep coming and going. I travel in plane after long gap in March and its pains bit more at that time.Pl advice.

Based on your description, it is due to pressure change during Take off and landing. The pressure is equalised by Eustachian tube. Usually it will equalises middle ear pressure..But at certain situations like Cold, it will be delayed, that gives dull ear ache, blocked sensation.
