Hi - my wife is breastfeeding a 4 month old baby. She is currently facing slight ear problem with some pain and low hearing ability. Can we use "clear wax" drops now? Is it safe? Please advise.

Wax clear drops may be used however it swells the wax the symptoms might increase then you need to visit an ENT for manual removal of wax
Caution don't put sticks or buds too deep in ear
It’s always better to see an ENT directly if possible. Ear pain with low hearing can be due to a lot of causes including ear wax. It’s safer to see and diagnose
