Dry cough but transparent phlegm
Three days back onwards I'm having cough its like occasional not severe one cough comes at irregular intervals sometimes there might be gap of one hour or more for next cough and and last three days onwards its raining here Is this the cough related to whether change or could be something else its dry cough but I do get transparent phlegm this is happening from last one year Hope this helps My body symptoms this week  : I'm under lot of pressure due to work Headache Gastric trouble inadequate sleep I didn't travelled anywhere except for vegetables which is 400mts away from my home before that I didn't go out for almost a week

One cough once in a while with transparent phlegm isn’t to be worried. You haven’t mentioned if you’re allergic to anything, whether having asthma, taking any anti-hypertensive medicine etc

Looks like there is Reflux of gastric acid which at times irritates the lower pharynx region culminating in episodic bouts of  cough. Work stress exacerbates gastric reflux. Would advise : 1. Tab Nexium 20  mg , twice daily x 5days followed by one daily after 5 days for 15 days 2. Tab Zolpidim 5 mg at bedtime Avoid spicy oily food and do exercises .
