Nose and throat pain
My nose is full. Also my throat is paining.. simultaneously my ears lower side is paining. Experiencing yellow mucus in nose. Needs to know what to do. Also having headache.

Yellow mucus means an infection,headache with blocked nose means sinusitis. This might be a case of acute sinusitis.. Temperature of the body  needs to be checked..

you will require a proper physical examination with antibiotics i suppose so visit a nearby ENT specialist

Initial impression Sinusitis . Needs more medical information incase associated with fever, any history of allergies to dust, pollens , past history of similar conditions , DNS further evaluation with Xray PNS May require antibiotics. Do Steam inhalation twice a day Drink warm liquids Take Vitamin C Review with a physician

This is acute sinusitis. You should take treatment for a week and then get NCCT PNS.

Seems you have paranasal sinuses infection . Would advise a Paranasal sinus Xray ( water's view) . Pl send pic of Xray so that findings are confirmed and will then write the treatment .
