Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Doctor, my MIL is having OSMF, she can only put 1.5 fingers inside mouth. Taking SM fibro, applying dolo gel and recidin from last 7 months. Sometimes it bleeds during brushing, there is a burning sensation. Also she is having an ulcer from more than 20 days, Is it concernable? Attached is a picture.

If I drink anything say that may be contaminated or eat anything and after 2-3 minutes blow my nose moderately or vigorously to expel irritants or if I inhale deeply once or twice by mistake. Is it possible that the contaminated food or water can get in up deep in my nasal passages or near the olfactory nerves to cause N Fowleri infection? When I talk about inhaling it means a bit deep but not like when we do so in deep breathing. Please I request you to clarify this doubt. I have asked many times but I won't ask about this again if someone can please clarify this for me. Then I will only worry about avoiding swimming in warm freshwater sources, diving in them as I don't use Neti pots. I will be very thankful.

Ever since ive shifted homes, there plenty of construction sites here i feel weird scratchy sensation on top of my pallette and even if i dont have cold i feel like rubbing my nose and its almost always blocked and lately ive been getting bulgy eyes also my face is puffy or bloated but my body fat % is quite low

I was diagnosed with subacute thyroiditis 4 months back,I am now hypothyroid (taking levothyroxine 50mcg)and having some swollen lymph nodes on the right side of my neck and I have no infection ,pain or fever , I have done ultrasound of my neck and it says FEW SUBCENTRIMETRIC LYMPH NODES WITH MAINTAINED HILA ARE NOTED IN LEFT LEVEL IIB and III ..? NON SPECIFIC Do I still need to do FNAC/Biopsy , kindly recommend

My mother 80 years is not able to swallow anything she has been on a liquid diet since 3 months but now she is not even able to take the liquids properly After swallowing anything cough/Belgum is coming out Their is no history of any illness

Osmf .in mouth white scars stopped taba o since 4daus and ulcer too plz suggest worried showed family doctor he gave medicine for one month but said condition is bad may cause serious if not stop tabaco

Hii my kid has persistent cough for 3months . Tried various cough syrups, inhalers , nebuliser nothing worked better . But Cough is controlled only when i give Montair Lc .. pls tell what could be reason

I am having fever body pain, and there is a sharp bone feeling behind the ears. It is paining while touching it. Also cant say if this is the reason, i have taken dolo 650 twice but still feeling sick.

When i go to sleep or during the day i have much mucus in throat which i spit , when I lydown to sleep my nose gets blocked like i have cold and i clear my throat and sneezes and when i wake up for 1 hr its the same then automatically i become normal , i tried postnasal drip but it gets better but is not curing i had tb in past but not in lungs , does that have anything to do with it because im completely out of it and tb reports also were fine i had proper medication and now im healthy it happened two years back kindly help - my doc suggested lukotos hd

Is mucus is taken during endoscopy for mucus culture or not...then how do they diagnose what kind of sinus infection is present.what test should be done.
