Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Cough and common cold started from 12 Nov.Due to exams initially ignored.Then increased at much fast pace. From 17 nov had cefixime tablets alongwith levocetrizine and paracetamol and cough syrup .After taking tablets twice a day fever reduced and temperature went to 98F.After that day again continuous 100 + fever is coming.Using cefixime 200 with 650 mg paracetamol twice.Fever reduces to 99.5-99.6 for 1 hour .After that it again increases to 100-101.Intense coughing  despite using dextrometrophan for  hydrobromide ,chlorpheramine, phenylephrine tablet tusQ-DT from last 2 days .And before that using same composition syrup

I have done thyroid test and have reports with me, I just want to know the reviews of my report please

I have been hearing whooshing sound in my right ear whenever it is too silent, especially at night. It happens all the time and it comes and goes. In winters i hear it a lot often because of less sounds.The sound feels like it is in sync whith my heart.

I recently went to an ent for sinus as I had running nose and hankey all day long. Not new for me , this problem has been there for 5 years now. My doctor gave me Fluticon spray , TAB MONTAIR FX AND TAB Z&B SOFLET as medication. I cannot swallow tablets without breaking it in my mouth so i chew them before swallowing it. With Tab z&b it is not possible to chew it so can i open the red layer and mix the inside content which seems to be like powder with one glass of water and drink it?

I want to know that sinus infection can cause swelling under eyes , besides it my t3 t4 level is normal while TSH level is slightly higher side of lab limit 5.97 My anti TPO is normal should I start medicine for the thyroid

T3 - 127.7 T4- 3.66 TSH - 50.03 please suggest me medicine and also prescription. i am attaching my report.

Hi, I am a public speaker and trainer, and since I need to speak for long hours, my voice box becomes strained and swollen sometimes. I want to know if there is any way I can prevent this from happening.  Any preventive step that I can take to ensure that the voice box is lubricated for longer periods of time Note : I do use Mike and do voice rest whenever possible. But still sometimes this problem re occurs.

My sinus is not going away it's been years multiple physicians and doctors ive consulted The ENT in London discovered that I have acute sin a cities through an MRI is anything permanent at all when it comes to therapy because this is the last thing I want in addition to my already existing disorders including anxiety social general all types ptsd OCD insomnia I can't keep count if anybody can answer that is worth trying please do

Recently i dusted my room and cleaned the fans which had a lot of dust over it. Unfortunately i didn't put on a proper mask. A day later i started having allergy symptoms like change of voice and then blocked noise and sinus. So today, before sleeping, i took a cetirizine tablet and ambroxol syrup. I fear i might get an infected throat as well. Do i need to take antibiotics as well? I have GERD as well.

I have a cold due to which my left ear is blocked I can't hear from that particular side of ear. I also put hydrogen peroxide to get relief but it doesn't cause any effect.
