Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Suffering from last 3 months doc said its pharyngitis all prescribed antibiotics but no relief Then said gerd then use acti acid tablets but no relief Ultra sound neck is normal Throat swab culture test is normal Symptoms While talking or eating feels muscles twiching No pain in throat just tightness Sometimes burning sensation Sometimes left ear area side low pain Sometimes under jaw area low pain and feels burning sensation Helps me iam very tense from last 3 months Because i have tobacco history

I was diagnosed with allergic rhinitis in October 2021 and I took medication as prescribed for 2 months as I was asked to take prescribed medicine for 2 months. After that too allergy didn't go away. So another doctor told me to take cetirizine or montas L whenever allergy comes. I have been taking those medicines only but taking cetirizine for long time is not good for health, I've heard from many chemists and all. So I wanted to know whether there are other antihistamines for allergic rhinitis? Also I take precautions like I stay away from getting exposed to cold temperatures and all.

Hi doctor, I am experiencing a strange issue from yesterday .i have problem with acidity and from yesterday night I am getting bubbles inside my tongue while taking,.I guess excess saliva. I ate 2 nutmeg yesterday , also jackfruit. Is it an after effect of nutmeg ? After a sleep also , I am not recovered. Also i thought it is gastric issues and I took pantop 40 in today morning . Also i am having little fatigue today. is there anything to worry ?
