Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have some sort of lump but it is inner side of throat just close to my throat i dont should i check it out it not give pain but it has there so maney day before and not increasing when i press it it feel like jelly but like solid and it just under my jaw i dont know what it is

I have a headache along with i can't breath through my nose I when there i get smoke and started to get sneeze throughout for a while

I have some type of lump close to my throat and it is like solid when press i dont know how it happen

Sever sinus pain. One side face is puffy & painful. Took ct scan. Attaching the scan report. Headache is also there. Facial pain also. Stuffy nose. Dr gave antibiotic &encen 100 mg

Hi, I have a persistent small neck Lump painless for more than a year on the right side. I have pain on the right side of the head however I did brain MRI and it came all clear that was 6 months ago. Now I again I'm having a point pain just above my ear in my head which pains when I press it. I'm just curious and wondering what it is and which doctor to connect?

From few days it feel like something is pressing right ear from inside and also right nose. Ear is clean but sometimes feel like burning (it's just like after eating spicy) from inner side. Also sometimes running right nose and right eye. Also from last 6 days feeling heavy dizziness in morning.

Inwas suffering from frequent ear pain from 3 months . One day i started getting symptomps of tinnitus and when i visited he did endoscopy and mention this ia due to chronic sinuistis. I dis ct scan which mention the high dns and mild sinusitis. Will the tinnitus go as the sinusitis heal?

I am writing this question again after a few more evaluations. I am having a cold now. And while touching my right side of the hyoid bone , I can feel there is little swelling and There is little pain. I checked with the doctor physically, he also confirmed the swelling. Then I did an ultrasound and there's no cyst and tumor present but a solitary enlarged reactive right level 2 B lymph node is there. FYI , I have no voice change,  no swallowing issue and no breathing issue. And I have done a laryngoscopy 3 months back and the report was normal. Please suggest what I should do next as I am a bit worried reading articles online. Thanks in advance
