Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My husband 38 has been complaining about ear pressure for the last 6 months, initially it occurred from a throat infection, he has consulted at least 4-5 ENT doctors, all of them prescribed antibiotics and anti allergy and nasal spray fluticason, in last 6 months , he has taken antibiotics, after taking antibiotics he got some relief but after few days problem reoccurs , he has done ct scan PNS , impedance audiometry, purtone audiometry, even brain MRI everything is normal, he is also suffering severe headache back front rotational What should we do

I have infection like at tongue. Due to this I am unable to eat any spices related things. But normally I can eat anything except spices. I have also loose around 8 kgs of weight in last 3 months

For the last 6 months I have been feeling my eustachian tube dysfunction and left maxillary sinus Taken antibiotics and anti allergy, consulted at least 6 ENT ,but they have only antibiotics to be prescribed, and nsaid I want to know which nasal spray is best for long term use

I have been suffering ear pressure when sleeping for the last 6 months , a lot of antibiotics have taken and spray as prescribed ENT , at least consulted 5 top class ENT Have done ct scan PNS Impedance audiometry Pure tone audiometry All is fine Should I go for nasal endoscopy, I want to know nasal endoscopy is more sensitive than ct scan

I have developed this tiny movable painless lump from the last 14 days. It is completely painless and no other symptoms are there. I feel as if it shrinks early in the morning and starts increasing as the day progresses. The current image is of the end of the day. I am very much worried about it. Hi. I have not been able to talk since 3 days now and have a sore throat and cough. It worsens at night. I have to talk for my work and couldnt avoid talking for the past three days. Been doing loud whispers mostly. Since yesterday been taking dextromethorphan hydrobromide and chlorpheniramine maleate syrup. 3 dosages done. Could someone please advise best medicine for this. I have had laryngitis last year but unfortunately dont remember how I got it cured.

Right ear side sharp pain observed , the pain also observed when touching finger press of throat . This is first time noticed

Hi, I'm having throat infection from 3 days, And starting symptoms of cold, running nose. I'm 9 weeks pregnant, not taking any medication for throat pain. Only gargling and steam. Should I be worried about safety of baby from this infection? Pls help with some clarity on this. Thanks

I had a sinus surgery few months ago. Before the surgery I suffered from severe pain while flight descending. Now I am suppose to go a long flight but I still have phobias from the experiences before even though I had my surgery. Is there any way to keep my nose clear like steam inhalation or jal neti that I should do before my flight. Is Frocsone nasal spary advisable before the take off?

Red throat from 6 months.Other symptoms are Tonsil stones ,red tonsils ,blocked nose and post nasal drip in morning.Allergy and antacid medicine provides mild relief but once stop red throat becomes worse.Eating oily food makes sore scratchy.Ige value was 150iu/ml.Everytime I goes to ent he starts the same allergy medicine and anti acids..fiber optic laryngoscopy was done 6 months back.The physical symptoms has started impacting my mental health.No issues in swallowing food but not able to eat dry food comfortably.It feels dry in throat.kindly suggest
