Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Inwas suffering from frequent ear pain from 3 months . One day i started getting symptomps of tinnitus and when i visited he did endoscopy and mention this ia due to chronic sinuistis. I dis ct scan which mention the high dns and mild sinusitis. Will the tinnitus go as the sinusitis heal?

I am writing this question again after a few more evaluations. I am having a cold now. And while touching my right side of the hyoid bone , I can feel there is little swelling and There is little pain. I checked with the doctor physically, he also confirmed the swelling. Then I did an ultrasound and there's no cyst and tumor present but a solitary enlarged reactive right level 2 B lymph node is there. FYI , I have no voice change,  no swallowing issue and no breathing issue. And I have done a laryngoscopy 3 months back and the report was normal. Please suggest what I should do next as I am a bit worried reading articles online. Thanks in advance

My ears are in pain and is feeling like blocked , there is a sunnnnn sound in my ear amd also paining i have used eardrops too but It didnt worked and i m not able to hear also properly more from the left side

1. I have pain sceupla like stabbing and also radiating on front of the chest sometime and bit needle like pain on the arm. (Last 3 days) 2. Sore lower throat and swollen lymph on the neck. 3. Mild spasm near upper abdomen to upper chest area. Or stabbing like pain very occasionally.

For the last 5 months, I have been suffering from ear pressure while lying down and popping in my ears , have consulted with 4-5 different ENT, after seeing ct scan PNS and impedance audiometry and puteton audiometry, all of them prescribed antibiotics, when take antibiotics ear pain cures, my reports are almost normal, I am also feeling a severe headache with facial pain in the morning, my mri  brain is quite normal , neurologist diagnosed it as migraine What should I do now , Can I do steam inhalation daily with sinarest vapo cab

I have done ct scan PNS and impedance audiometry, puteton audiometry, mri brain normal now doctor suggested for nasal endoscopy, as I am feeling ear pressure while lying down, all reports are normal I want to know nasal endoscopy is better over ct scan pns

Currently I am having a cold and throat infection.  But Suddenly while checking my throat i found, " My right lesser horn is feeling bigger than the left lesser horn in the hyoid bone. Feels like a swelling".  FYI,  I did a laryngoscopy 3 months back and everything was fine. Please advice 🙏
