Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have runny nose along with a sore throat and mild headache. What medicine would be best to take in such condition?

I am feeling a severe headache so I did MRI of brain as advised by a neurologist , everything is normal But the written left maxillary sinus noted , what it is mean earlier I did ct scan of PNS , it is showing minimum mucosal thickening in every sinus , ENT doctor said it is normal

I am using sinarest nasal spray oxymetazoline , when use this I feel severe headache, should not use for long term

Iam feeling dizziness and vertigo when I try to stand ...my head is spinning and I feel disbalance..and I feel that I may fall down...and I listen a sharp sensation in my ear too...as I did my complete health checkup...and reports were normal ...pls suggest what should I do?

My mother is there sometimes later and later... Hello, 2 days ago I got sore throat with sinus and had fever. I went to doctor and doctor informed it's upper respiratory infection and prescribed antibiotics and paracetamol. However even after taking paracetamol my fever is always between 99.2-100.2. It's varying between this entire day. I am little worried. Today I coughed up some phlegm and it was thick yellow color. Is this expected? Or should I get blood work done since fever is not reducing?.

HELLO SIR/MAM I Have Nose Blocked from 1 months maybe more but recently I started to take medicine like spary and citrizine but no use Like one time left nostril gets Blocked sometimes right nostril get Blocked and I do workout while doing workout no problem like no breathing problem while doing workout And because of this I use to search on Google but my bad it's give me health anxiety by telling other things like Meningitis This give me next level of health anxiety 🙃 so what to do this taking mine time and happiness altogether at one go
