Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My right ear always sounding like sharp bell. Sometimes it's low down and sometime becomes high. Please suggest me what should I do

I have ear blocks occurring frequently over the past 1 year. Sometimes I get pain too. Over the period of time the ear block clears but again I catch cold and the ear gets blocked again. I have taken antibiotics, allergy preventing medicines, frequent steam inhalation etc by consulting multiple doctors. But nothing is helping. Request advice for this issue.

Hi, there appeared to be a small black dot/skin on bottom edge of my left tonsil which still remains for last 3 months now. Although it is a small one but the black colored area appears to have grown slightly. CT scan (with dye) had shown 'normal' results. I have seen three ENT doctors so far - whilst they have advised it's NOT cancer, but none of them are able to confirm why this black spot has appeared on tonsil! This has been causing me extreme anxiety as I see it in mirror each day. Note: the black colored spot almost disappears (back to normal skin) in the morning but gets darker later in the day. Can anyone please suggest what this relates to and whether I should continue worrying? I am thinking to get both my tonsils removed- will this be a better solution? Please help. Thanks

My tsh level currently is 5.1 my doctor said to continue with ivf only when it’s 2.5 or below . By april i have to reduce it she has asked to start thyroxin 50mcg . I am just skeptical if i start i will have to continue it my whole life. What should i do? Can i begin with 25 mcg? Will it reduce tsh by april?

Without any prescription... I used ostogesic ear drops. If it is safe in pregnant time pls any can reply

I am getting frequent headaches at different locations on different days, like forehead, top of head, side of head, facial pressure, behind eyes. It usually stays for a week and goes away and comes back again. There is no sinus discharge and my nose is clear. Doctor told me it's chronic sinusitis and prescribed antibiotics with other medications. Took it for 3 weeks and it looked better for 2 weeks. On 3rd week headache comes again although I was on medication and doctor asked me to change the antibiotics . The headache is very irritating and dizzy feeling with some light ear pain once a while. Not sure how to overcome this. Any help would be appreciated

It's been 17 days I loss my smell and taste , no fever only thick nasal mucus and dry cough ..already taken full course of 2 antibiotics, Amoxicillin clavulanate 625 and after  then fixsanem er 300, anti histamine, cough syrup but no relief.. kindly help me to get my smell and taste back..
