Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My kid is 4.5 years old he is having tonsils and it has some knot in neck so should I consult to pediatrics doctor or ent specialist.

Surgery done in 2016 again problem developed and doctor suggested for surgery again pus discharge from right ear can it be cured by medicine

Hello respected doctors, my problem is whenever i wash my face i sneezing continuously like 20 times, and whenever i do bath, after bathing also i sneeze continuously 10-15 times... so many months this is happening, other times i have fine and no complaints, only washing and bathing time I'm sneezing any remedies please

I am suffering from tonsillitis very frequently. I am getting throat pain and mouth ulcer and difficulty in swallowing. It is recurring several times in a year and becomes unbearable. I have got asthma and this tonsillitis tigers asthma attack each time and makes life miserable. Is it wise to make tonsillectomy operation at this age to become free from tonsillitis. Does it make it risky for me. This primarily because every month I have to take several pain killers , throat paint and antibiotics and salt water girgaling which are very painful

Had otitis externa once, after that whenever needed I use to take augmentin and it becomes good. Now I m breast feeding to a 3 months old and feeling slight pain in ear. Can I take augmenting.

Hello Doctors Recently I had a severe headache. The doctor advised me to go for the  CT scan and was diagnosed with Chronic Sinusitis. The doctor has advised me to go for surgery for the complete cure. Kindly let me know whether the surgery is a must or this can be cured with regular medication. Kindly advise. I have big hole in my left ear since last four year I get it operated tempanoplasty but it was failur is there any solution without operation like endoscopy and other treatments

Please Advice So 4 weeks back I accidentally slapped my self on the ears, not that hard but mildly. Following it I had a constant ringing sound 'eeeee', went to two ENTs and also did audiometry and tympanometry test, both came as positive with no hearing damage and no damage to inner ear structure. Also went to neurologist to check is there auditory nerve was damaged or not, and it wasn't, everything is fine, no damage to any part of the ear. My tinnitus for the past 4 weeks have reduced in intensity and loudness, fluctuating sometimes. All the doctor assured that it will go away on its own and it is bcz of minor nerve irritation nothing more. But I am really worried and had multiple breakdowns that this is temporary right? I have seen improvements but I am really scared. I am really anxious for the past 4 weeks that will this fade.

Since 7 days pain in lower throat centre near chest. Pain is constant but Increases on touching, sneezing coughing and swallowing and certain movement like tilting head back. Pain was tolerable earlier for 5 days but now became severe. What is this never experienced pain at this location and of this type? Please suggest what can be cause? I think pain decreases a bit after waking up in morning and increases as day passes till night
