Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I had my ear cleaned by a certified ENT doctor two days ago using warm water. Since then, my ear has been continuously producing serous (watery) discharge, with a little pain and tinnitus (ringing in the ear). How can this be treated.

I'm down with the common cold/flu. I have managed other symptoms but I cannot figure out how to take a nap or sleep with a runny nose. I can fall asleep but I don't want the postnasal drip to affect my throat and prolong my agony. Sleeping sideways is not working as the runny nose prevents me from falling asleep. I have tried to clear as much mucus from my nose as I could, I get relief for five minutes before I get a runny nose again. How can I sleep with a runny nose?

Hi I have Dry cough no mucus,only very little bit mucus from past 15days. No fever or pains. But it will be bit continuous during night if lay down n in morning time. My Dr suggested Omnacortil, Azithromycin,fixar,pantop . After using this my cough went bit low but still there. I have got urine leakage now due to cough. Is my treatment correct. Pl suggest. My dad has been experiencing a constant beep sound in his right ear since 6 months.. recently it has increased considerably..at times it fluctuates between high and low..  this has disrupted his routine and sleep cycle.. he is unable to sleep with this noise being heard persistently.. he is very very badly worried What is the issue, cause and remedy? Is it something serious to worry about.. Pls help
