Hello. In the first differential you should check your tooth in the right side. If there are dental caries and root canal is exposed it can produce pain which can radiate to ear. Second if you have yawned any time by opening mouth excessively it can cause sprain in a joint called tempero mandibular joint ,the joint from where the lower jaw opens and can cause pain.
Next Steps
Check for any dental caries first or any history of sore throat. Treatment is accordingly.
