Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

From since morning i m feeling my body is not active due to nose pain with water coming and throat pain little headache and totally body is not active and mood is very upset

I have a snoring problem and when I wake up in the morning my mouth and throat are very dry and I also feel some pressure inside my ears. My tonsils are also bigger and I often have infection. I feel like something stuck in my throat

Since 8 Nov, patient is suffering from Throat congestion, throat pain, nose congestion, breathing problems(fatal), chest heaviness, tachycardia(105 bpm resting heart rate), salivary water in throat, dysphagia(sometimes). We referred to various specialists ENT, Gastroenterologist, Cardiologist, Physicians, but problem not diagnosed. All tests- Chest XRay, Echo, Laryngoscopy, GI endoscopy, blood tests are clear. Patient has only minimal DNS and TSH little bit elevated.

While taking bath some amount of water went in my right ear.The next day onwards for 2 weeks I'm having pain in my ear. The pain comes and goes .I went to ent doctor and he said the tympanic membrane is dull and there is no infection. Will my problem resolve on it's own?

Hello sir, Everytime whenever i sleep with my fan on during night I get cold. Firstly next day in the morning I fell irritation in my throat and till evening i get cold and followed by sometime fever or cough. Mostly i observe this pattern only. When it is extremely cold outside i didnt get cold.But any day i sleep with my fan on i get cold. Please help me out for this . And I can't sleep without my fan off sometimes due to certain reasons.

I am experiencing feeling of fullness and pressure in my throat , sometimes this types of symtoms appear , what is the causes of it , please suggest what shall I do.

My wife has been on anxiety medications for over a year and gradually tapered to a low dose of 0.25 mg Lorazepam and 0.125 mg Clonazepam at night. A month back we reduced Clonazepam to half of that (less than .1 mg). Around the same time she started having symptoms of pulsatile tinnitus. After ruling out ear anomaly from ENT, we checked with a neuro and post MRI, found that she had Chiari malformation I. That seems to have caused occasional head aches during sneeze and sudden balance issues. The neuro has given Gabapentin with a Tri Magnesium supplement for a month. Here are my questions 1. What's the likely cause of the pulsatile tinnitus - Withdrawal of Clonazepam (or) Chiari (or) any other vascular issue (she has low BP sometimes) 2. Should we revert to .125 mg Clonazepam along with current Gabapentin to aid in tinnitus 3. Will the tinnitus go away eventually

I cannot tolerate most of the sounds, washing machines, weddings in the neighbourhood, humming sounds, loud & high pitched sounds. I wanted a very comfortable option to block out these sounds and cannot depend on anc headphones as it's not possible to sleep with them. My question: Do ENT doctors also specialise in providing custom fitted earplugs for people who need them? Any recommendations? Thank you.

Can i take steam vapour regularly to get relief from rhinitis?? I do always have a blocked/ irritated nose, and my throat is alwys itchy, due to rhinitis, levocitrizine tablet cures these symptoms only for 2-3 days, then again i suffer with itchy throat, eyes, sneezing, blocked nose, etc. Plz help me, i am complete frustrated, can i take steam vapour regularly to get rid of this itchy nose and throat?
