Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

How much days does virtin 8mg takes to start its work when taking it thrice a day ? As am feeling virtigo with head movement and nausea

For the past 2 months my mother has been hearing a whooshing sound ( like rhythmic blowing fooh...fooh...fooh) sound in her right ear. It is constant and increases when she is exercising or sitting in a quiet room. Because of this she is unable to sleep at night and has anxiety. It started after having allergies due to pollution but then even after allergy treatment of 4 weeks it did not go away or dampen. This sound does get impacted when she moves her head left and right. She also got a hearing test done which came out to be normal. And her external ear is also fine. Please guide what could this be? What is the right course of action in this case? It is treatable?? She does have BP and is pre-diabetic. She also gets anxious very easily.

I am feeling a severe headache so I did MRI of brain as advised by a neurologist , everything is normal But the written left maxillary sinus noted , what it is mean earlier I did ct scan of PNS , it is showing minimum mucosal thickening in every sinus , ENT doctor said it is normal

I am using sinarest nasal spray oxymetazoline , when use this I feel severe headache, should not use for long term
