Stuffy nose runny nose and blocked nose Taking steam also but after sometimes it get blocked again on clearing nose it affects ears a little bit

Hi doctor ,my son 3year is having nose blockage from 1 month,when we consulted ENT DR ,he said it's because of adenoids and he prescribed augmented duo,alergin, leverest my,memryl nasal spray.using all these from 2days , but no much improvement in nose blockage seen. Can you please let us know what needs to be done??

Since last 2 weeks , I have been feeling uncomfortable in my right ear. Feels like itching.
