Tinnitus after cervical exercises
Hello actually I was suffering from cervical problems mild cervical kyphosis so my doctor told me after mri no need to panic just do regular exercises so I started doing cervical exercises from youtube like chin tuck and some other exercises now my cervical pain is almost gone but after exercises tinnitus started its now like from 4 months I stopped my exercises 3 months before but still I m having  tinnitus and dizziness also what is the cause and what is the treatment currently I am in kyrgyzstan here healthcare services are not good and after 3 month I have to go to India till then what should I do help!!!
