Vertigo dizziness
I felt vertigo for 4 times after that I have consulted a ent doctor,they have prescribed the vestibular rehabilitation excercises.I am doing form past 3 months after that I have not experienced any vertigo but dizziness is there is it due to excercises.when can I stop the excercises.

Vestibular exercises can cause dizziness initially but if it is persistent then you need to adjust the exercises in intensity or frequency
For that consult ent in person for proper training
