Left Ear Ringing Sound (Tennitus)

Asked for Male, 30 Years

My Partner Slapped me 12 days ago, from the next day morning I'm feeling some Constant Ringing in my Left Year, I have consulted The ENT specialist and took some medication And got tested the below things Tinnitus Evaluation PTA Impedance Audiometry ETF Doctor said Everything is Normal but Ear Ringing is Not yet Stopped! Will it be curable? What More I can do to get it Cure? Please let me know Dear Doctor Community! Thanks in advance! 🙏
