After Diwali my left ear i feel some ringing sound, i feel dis comfort , can u please help me. due to cracker sound i got this problem

Please drop in to my clinic and let me examine you in detail. It is possible that you were exposed to very loud blast that could have ruptured your eardrum leading to the persistant tinnitus (perceived ringing sound)!
