Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I am fed up of allergy since childhood, have consulted so many doctors, did allergy test ...but after some time it comes back...full day runny nose, watery eyes, continous sneezing...in one go like 15- 20 sneeze back to back

I have got ulcers in my mouth due to which finding difficulty in opening my mouth and unable to eat any solid food or spicy food since yesterday and had to take a pain killer.it started since sunday through throat pain.

From Sunday i am facing some health problems like fever, cough, little bit throat pain, and i am taken some medicine like Alkof dx, ibuprofen 400 tablets, cefix 200, movexx plus tables but problem is still there and i am taking steam regularly and i don't have breathing problems ..please let me know is it viral fever or covid 19?

I am having dry cough from past 10 days. No fever observed during this time.At start of this temp was 99°F but in 2 days is was normal

Dear sir, i was diagonised with thyroid months ago ,i was prescribed tablets ,( thyronorm 50 mg) after having them for months , my latest thyroid report  2 days ago from today shows , ( 0.10) , so shall i continue the same dose of tablets or do i need to reduce the medication .

Neck at USG of neck age 31 no any addiction not pains continue if I press der it pains had covid pneumonia in September 2020 please guide I m very worry

Hi, I was diagnosed covid + today and my saturation level are 98-99. I am on covid medication. But my throat pain has changed. Initially it was in the mid of throat with balgam but now the pain is sharp and only towards left side. I have already taken 5 Azithromycin tablets. Should I still continue to do so ? I am continuously taking hot water and when hot water touches throat infection, the throat starts paining more. It does not subside.

Cough is not going since two weeks. Taking different syrups medicines etc .legs are paining , sometime fever also occurs and body is very weak . Not feel like to eat anything.

After recovered from mild symptoms of corona i have gained 50% taste and smell i just want to know that now what i should do or take to gain my smell and taste back to 100%
