Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

First day fever and headache ,but no fever and headache  since last 2-3 days .only throat pain while not able to swallow. Plz suggest

I am facing coghing and sure throat problem from last 5-6 month.. I did use homeopathic medicine, kadha, ayurvedic medicine and allopathic medicine... Become relax but after 4-5 days disease come back.. I using from last 5-6 month tablet Azithromycin 500 mg Tablet Citrizine and montelukast tablet etophylline tablet methyl prednisolone tab paracetamol but i did not feel relax..now a days i am using last 10 days tablet zinconia 50,tablet limcee and has been used azithromycin 500 mg 3 tab and Ivermectin 12 mg 1 tab, and doxycycline 100 mg 8 tablet... I am feeling sometimes breathlessness.. And coghing +sure throught also available.. Please suggest best medicine for me and how many time can take?

Me and my family dont have corona ...but our neighbours are dieing of it...What should i eat so we dont have corona(we follow all the other Things like mask sanitizers distancing)...what should we eat to increase our immunity Pls reply fast my parents are above 40 yrs Age

No symptoms of covid only it is happening after water .It is due to weather that cold water is creating this problem.I am not living in ac not eating any cold food / water .
