Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have seen few small white patches in oropharynx from last three weeks...i have attached a picture of my oropharynx... I was prescribed Cefuroxime Auxetil for streptococcus pyrogenes...now my swollen tonsil cam down but the patches are not going...infact just above the patches there is red red happened...that turns into white patches today... I am very much scared...is this serious??plz help me

I have allergic rhinitis which occur only in night and early morning. Doctor recommended me Allegra-M 1 tab at night for a week. I can't find Allegra Nasal spray so I am using Nasivion nasal spray 2 puffs a day is it ok? any second opinion? Age = 15.

I had an acid reflex issue in mid Mar and it took a month to recover. After recovery I'm having cold continuously for over 10 days now. I have taken zyrcold at night for 5 days but no improvements. Not sure if I can take any medicines due to my recovery from acid reflex just now. Pls suggest options to get rid of cold.
