Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Wheezing starts in night time, I get this frequent cough cold, which turns into throat infection during change of season this happens once in 3 to 4 months, little throat pain too. at the moment and cough

During cleaning of ear there is Noise in left ear, Sudden Pain. Ear drop is used still there is no improvement.

Hoarse throat since 7 days Today it got worse while eating, sneezed 1-2 times and for brief period of time it got worse and not able to speak/minimal sound It got bit better with gargle and steam and not as usual

My wife is suffering from dry cough, body pain and fatigue from last two days. As we recently travelled in train with our 2 month old son, can I give B Colex (B complex capsule with vitamin B 12 and L lysine) and sukcee ( vitamin C, sodium ascorbate and zinc chewable tablets) and paracetamol to her as per home isolation medicines to boost her immunity? Her oxygen level is 97 as per oximeter. Kindly advise as she is a breastfeeding mom.

Initially I had throat infection and fever but fever got ok but throat coughing persists.Feeling soar throat dry coughing +chest congestion even after taking cough syrup and inhaler ( foracort 200).
