Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Are these medicines used for covid treatment? Doctor gave me these medicines, so I just want to know.

How do any dr. know if it is pus or wax or ear fluid. After 4 months of tympanoplasty type 3 surgery I am feeling like foul smelling inside my ear but dr. is saying it's not pus just relax. Is there any authentic process there to confirm if it is pus or not ?

It's been more than 4 months I don't smell anything. I don't get smell of perfume, gas licking smell , or any food...

Hello Sir/ Ma'am, I have ear problems like Tinnitus and Hyperacusis since 2017/18 till now. I cannot bare sounds - fan, TV, dishes, vechiles, etc. t is not cured. I have to wear cotton as ear buds 24/7. Plus, now sharpness has increased, so i have to wear cap and handkerchief to cover my ears. Please guide me.

From last 10days I have lost taste but I can't m smell things intermittently I have no other problem I. e. No cough no fever no cold In morning I feel nose is blocked Please advise.

Ear wax or fluid comes with pus like smell(sometimes) but just for 3 4 sec then smell disappears/ evaporates... Then wax has no smell. Sometimes ear feels heavier around. I was tensed about bad smell and went to dr. 3 4 times regarding smell but every time he said everything is okey, nothing to worry . But I have same fear of infection again.

My husband had fungal sinus infection last 5 months. Now he is all right. It is ok for him to take covid vaccine...

How much more time will it take to recover completely after tympanoplasty type 3 surgery. It was done 4 month ago, in nov 2020.

Hi Doctor, I have been experiencing uneasiness in my right Side of the throat. It's just that i am feeling something is stuck inside my throat while swallowing. There is no sign of bump or lump. Is there anyone can help with this. I have been searching in Google and getting worst results. Vijay

Hi,I have Constant pain in right lower jaw under ear and neck for 11 months now. I have seen GP, dentist , OMFS, Neurologist and no definite diagnosis yet. I have 2lump spots. One in the jaw under ear which hurts to touch. One in the neck which is hard to touch and small in size like chickpea. Same size since June. Had neck ultrasound and CT scan. Nothing found. OMFS said it's Myofascial pain dysfunction. GP wanted me to check a condition called eagles syndrome. My neck ct scan says, Right styloid process: Not elongated, measuring about 0.3 cm. Right stylohyoid ligament: Calcified distal portion, which measures about 0.8 cm. This is located about 2.1 cm from the tip of the right styloid process. GP didn't diagnose me and wanted to see an eagles syndrome specialist. Is all the ENT treat this condition? Do I have that condition? My styloids length shown as 0.3cm only. Is this normal? GP told greater than 2.5cm is eagles. But he is not sure if mine is normal.constant pain in neck&jaw.
