Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I am 25 Yr Old . I am having nose block problem Since last 1-2 years Last year I had covid and Then my smell and taste Was Gone.. Now The smell and taste is recovered some how but my nose always Get blocked.. Specially In the Night when lying On the bed One Of the nose get blocked and create a Panic and stressed sitaution for me I used to sneeze Fast then the Mucus comes Out from my nose everytime Please Help Give some suggestions For this problem

Hi Sir, Last two days ago i kept cotton ear buds in my ears. One of my right ear is paining a lot since yesterday. Pain is from deep inside ear. I took dolo 650 and earwax drops last night , pain decreased until morning. But again started in morning. Pain is a bit high. Please advise if any medication recommended tablets. Note. I took my first dose of covishield on friday (4 days ago)

Hi Doctors, I'm feeling one side of my nose is stuffy or blocked as I sometimes feel it difficult to breathe(mostly in night time). I feel it is sinus pressure or something related to it. Please help!

I had gone through a fever and cold for a past week. Now that are gone. But a bad smell(musty smell) is coming through the nose. That is very unpleasant. I want to get rid of it asap. Kindly help me out.

Age 65 ,weight 65 height 5-2 homemaker ...Feels like everything is spicy and have to drink water after every bite ..facing this problem for almost 6 months..on blood pressure medication for 25 yrs amodep ... recently got hba1c score of 6.3 .. primary concenrn now is spicy ..feels like burning sensation only while eating food and for some time after eating food..then normal...which specialty doctor can help

I have seen few small white patches in oropharynx from last three weeks...i have attached a picture of my oropharynx... I was prescribed Cefuroxime Auxetil for streptococcus pyrogenes...now my swollen tonsil cam down but the patches are not going...infact just above the patches there is red red happened...that turns into white patches today... I am very much scared...is this serious??plz help me

I m getting frequent soar throat especially at night and morning when woke up. And also dry cough. Pls advise
