Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hi, I was diagnosed covid positive on 20th April. I am still under recovery. I need a medical certificate from doctor for complete bedrest till 7th May.

What causes dryness in throat??How to recover from it. I got my tonsils removed 4 years ago.I don't consume cold stuff nor have too spicy food. No cold,No irritation nor itchy throat..no other health symptoms.mild redness observed inside throat.I-am Gargling twice a day with salt water. Any medication home remedy that could best treat throat dryness effectively.

Is extreme throat pain since 1 week is dangerous as unable to swallow food and it pains a lot. Plz suggest

From past 2 days I feel like uvula has swollen lightly,  can someone prescribe home remedies or a tablet. Thank you

I am having pain just below of my left ear . I think my tonsils have some issue . I did gargle and ate hot things but it didn't work. Please guide what can I do.

My left ear keeps blocking and unblocking as i change head position. I also have mild fever which stays for 2-3 hrs a day. Is it cold or covid?

I have phelgm in the throat all the time which cause irritation and bad odour in breath. And the color of the phelgm is white or cloudy. And i think due to this phelgm i get spit all the time. And phelgm increases when i eat meat or when wake up from sleep of nap. Most of the time i can spit it out but sometimes it i cant. The phelgm get stuck in rhe throat. So i just want to know how to remove that phelgm.
