  4. Dry noise and dry througt. Help me!

Dry noise and dry througt
I am facing dry noise and dry througt from last 14 days, at sleeping my noise getting blocked and facing breathing problem. As medication I am using. Azithromycin ezcure 500 Burab DSR Acid Bacillus tablet Glencoff DX syrup I am feeling releaf when I put otrigen nasal spray for some hour. Please guide me what is should do this tablets are using from 3 days but still issue persist. Please help me
