Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have a throat pain in only one side of my nech next to voice box and when I press it, it hurts very much. I have no problem in swallowing food or water. It's a pulsating pain and sometimes my ear hurts too. I have this pain since last night and it only increased since I woke up from sleep.

Sometimes small food particles get stuck in my neck. Sometimes they come out on gargling but I feel that something is stuck in my throat. I am attaching the picture and circled that part of my throat. There is some whitish type thing which is normal or not please help me and tell is it something to worry.Help

Having headache , some kind of vibration sound I feel in my ears ,slight pain in ears sometimes . pain in the front side of head and  back at the end of our head ie continueation to our ear side, above neck part .I'm having sight (1.75 approx ). having pcod and pid also.. Unable to concentrate on my studies due to headache.im in 11th grade right now. So plz help me out ..I want to study but I'm unable to sit. Is the headache due to tension or sight change or is it something else ...hope so u would understand ..

Could you please suggest a cold tablet for my mother who is having severe thin mucus from coming from nose.

I am having a slight irritation in my throat ..i feel something stuck in my throat but there is no pain nothing I am able to eat and drink and again i feel That my throat is not good and i feel my throat becomes dry sometimes not all the time at that time i feel something is not usual

Ulcers in mouth immediately whenever stressed. Been getting them for the past 8 years. Usually each ulcer lasts for 2 weeks or more.

Experiencing sharp pain(external) near the left side of adam's apple when gulping/swallowing only. No pain in the area when touched. If I swallow when facing upwards with neck fully stretched, the pain does not occur. No swelling observed near the area as well.
