Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Fever from Tuesday to Thursday. Now no fever. She is ok and fit .no Corona virus(test already done) From Tuesday there is no taste and no smell. Please help what to do now? Please prescribe medication.

My husband is having throat pain on his left side since 15 days. Along with throat pain he also has ear pain and pain in the neck and he is unable to swallow anything. Last week we consulted a ENT doctor through online consultation in practo and the doctor said it is because of acute tonsillitis and prescribed Omez 40: 1-0-1 Cepodem x325 1-0-1 and Flexon After this medication he is 90℅ revovered but the pain is still not gone completely. Please suggest what to do.

My mother is suffering from constant running nose and sneezing. She usually suffers from such symptoms during weather/season change and it usually lasts for more than a month. Constant running nose is disrupting her daily activities. Pls help.

I have a lump on left side ,it doesn't hurt and the size is not that big too .it only hurts when it comes in contact with wind ,cold and cause problems similar to tonsil. Will this lump disappear with home remedies like gargling with salt water regularly? Or is there any way without operation?
