Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I've lost my smell from last night. Today morning I have gone through RT PCR test.Now I'm in home isolation. My parents also stay with me. What should be the next steps before getting the report?? Kindly help.

So, I can hear just fine from both ears but I feel like there is something wrong with my right one I feel the sound is little muffled as compared to left one I tried to clear earwax with a earwax remover. There is no pain what so ever. Any diagnosis..

While sleeping my heart beat rises, the symptoms are actually more than a month. After taking neck pain tablet being prescribed. The neck pain is there for more than 2 years. My nose keeps watering continuously.my dr said that its allergic rhinitis.i m taking medications from almost 5-6 months.But still it's not cured.as soon as i stop using medicines for 1-2 days my nose starts watering again.

My Throat will get dry and this is happening from last one year. And when it get dry some liquid type will come from mouth.

I have taken cough syrup and antibiotic tablets given by a medical practitioner. But not cured 100%. Still I can't speak properly. Please guide me what I have to do?

Left side is ear is paining along with the jaws. Yellow liquid is coming from ear. Even same kind of liquid is coming from right ear as well but pain is much lesser as compared to left ear.
