I have cough for more than 6 months and took enough tablets and syrups but none of them worked. Please help me with the remedy

I'm not sure under which type of doctor it comes under but From past few month I start sweating, with runny nose while eating and develp flem too. The intensity is less if food is mild, and higher intensity if food is spicy (ie;more sweat, and flem)

4 महिने पहले कान के पर्दे में छेद हो गया था उसकी सर्जरी भी करवाईं लेकिन सर्जरी के लगभग 20 दिन बाद कान से फिर से पानी की तरह का द्रव्य हल्का आ रहा है परदा तो ठीक है लेकिन ये द्रव्य लगातार आ रहा है मेंनै 2-3 ent doctor को दिखाया दवाई ली 4 महिने तक पर अब भी ये द्रव्य आ रहा है जांच के लिए मेने MRI करवाई पर उसमें भी कोई प्रोब्लेम नहीं आई अब मुझे क्या करना चाहिए क्या ये ओपरेशन फेल हो चुका है अब मुझे क्या करना चाहिए!

ओपरेशन के बाद भी कान से पानी की तरह द्रव्य आता है क्या मेरा ओपरेशन ठीक से नहीं हुआ है ओपरेशन के बाद एमआरआई भी करवाई कोई प्रोब्लेम नहीं है उसमें भी अब मुझे क्या करना चाहिए

I'm suffering from allergic rhino sinusitis from past 5 years. On and off symptoms Like weezing.. difficulty in breathing...before 10 days I went to psychiatrist and taking medication for anxiety...after 2 days I developed sneezing mild fever tiredness...now I don't have any symptoms except tightness in chest + gerd...what to do ...my RAT is negative...RT Pcr negative... saturation 98-99%...if I tell the s symptoms they say covid..but being mbbs student I know it's not covid
