My father is a post covid patient with ongoing therapy at home due to low saturation and he has been doing spirometry and proning but I discovered he has inflamed turbinates in one of the nostrils so Did I have and my brother also we all have deviated nasal septum and during breathing he has been inhaling bit forcefully and since yesterday's night he is having little headache so is it normal cause of sinus?
