Can CT pns able to detact black fungas?? I have done it 3 days ago and its appear normal(Mild DNS) .. I have a post covid patient(26 days) my symtoms eyeache, headache, eye area pain.. can anyone tell me what i need to do next pls..pls..

CT PNS can differentiate between a regular sinus inflammation and fungal sinusitis, but only a KoH preparation slide from the fungal debris removed from the sinuses after nasal surgery can help the Pathologist/Microbiologist differentiate the different fungi present there.
