Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I am covid negative, on Tuesday I had alcohol beer, post which I had my mentrual cycles from Wednesday , then I found acidic issue, I felt my neck ears are all blocked, sometimes found difficult in breathing. I had this problem one year back and then I was given medicines. Now I also feel weakness in body, as if I feel pain in arm, covid test also done but negative. Kindly let me know how to get well and health strong.

My mom lost his voice for past 8 months .Doctors said that they need to test FOL topical but in the teat everything was normal then they said she need to take speech therapy.So we started for 2 months but she couldn't able to get her voice. Little but effect was seen during therapy but afterwards same position.Now we don't get the exact problem and cure for that .one more thing my mom is a paralytic patient since 9 years and she's having thyroid and blood pressure problem also.Please doctors its a gentle request to all ,please help.
