Suffering from rhinitis/sinusitis.eyes tenderness . clicking sound coming while yawning,.one type smell is coming while I pee,coming near drainage same smell is coming.

Since last two weeks my mom is getting nose bleed almost every day. She has bp problem, which was 160-100 when she last checked. But she has never had this issue before that. Almost two weeks earlier she took first dose of Covishield. We are assuming these nosebleed is because of that. But we are not sure. Or is it because of heat. Is it possible to get nosebleed daily because of heat. Can somebody please help me here and let me know what should I do?
