Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My wife is suffering from dry cough, body pain and fatigue from last two days. As we recently travelled in train with our 2 month old son, can I give B Colex (B complex capsule with vitamin B 12 and L lysine) and sukcee ( vitamin C, sodium ascorbate and zinc chewable tablets) and paracetamol to her as per home isolation medicines to boost her immunity? Her oxygen level is 97 as per oximeter. Kindly advise as she is a breastfeeding mom.

Initially I had throat infection and fever but fever got ok but throat coughing persists.Feeling soar throat dry coughing +chest congestion even after taking cough syrup and inhaler ( foracort 200).

She got swelling under jaw ,on neck and size is increasing time by time ... mostly no pain , pain gets only when the swelling area is pressed hardly...

My father is having nasal congestion and sometimes mucus which is coming out of the nose is tinged with blood. And the nasopharynx seems like it's filled with a lot of mucus He also has a retrosternal burning due to acidity.

Hello, Since 4 days, i have a sore throat. Light Reddish swelling at back of throat. I feel feverish, but my temp is always between 97.9 to 98.3. i have slight body ache and slight headache. Can i be having covid? Or something else? I have a 5 month baby. She dont hv any medical concerns.

Taking vitamin,mineral supplements and paracetamol as per doctor suggestion through video consultation.Doctor has not provided any specific medicine for throat and so I am approaching you for the medicine.Please look at the picture attached and suggest medicines.
