Something feeling in down throat
I feel something is stuck in my throat. I easily drink water and food. Easily breath but when I swallow saliva then feel something in down side of throat. Sometimes tight muscles feeling sensation in throat feel like Saliva makes noise of muscles. Everything is fine no fever no any other problem but suffering from emotional stress from last couple of months. Please suggest what to do. Is this anything serious??? I am suffering from health anxiety and so much sensitive about this body symptoms please help

It is due to to laryngopharngeal reflux. Avoid spicy and oily food. Take small frequent meal. Take antacid
