Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hi I am Ganesh,35 aged,i feel lot of tiredness and feeling Kaffa in my head ,I am not interested in any thing due to this Mucus, kindly help me to get rid of this mucus, I have a feeling of mucus getting stored at my head.

Past 2 days my tongue fees bitter especially the tip of the tongue not under any medicines no temp or cold or cough

I had an acid reflex issue in mid Mar and it took a month to recover. After recovery I'm having cold continuously for over 10 days now. I have taken zyrcold at night for 5 days but no improvements. Not sure if I can take any medicines due to my recovery from acid reflex just now. Pls suggest options to get rid of cold.

From last 30 days i am suffering from sore throat.i consulted local doctor he suggested medicines like Azithromycin and  levocetirizine tablets.then i felt better but now again i am having some problems like heaviness in voice,sqeezing feeling in lower throat,sudden fear and some sort of uncomfortable sensation for some seconds.and also thick,clear transparent ,sticky substance produce in my throat from last 3 months..
