I had dust allergy from last 3 years and from last 1 year i am using tablets(cetirizine or montelukast sodium and levocetirizine hydrochloride tablets) weekly once or twice. With the this dust allergy I have continues sneezes and cough, some time running nose symptoms. My parents also had dust allergy.

First and foremost in your case need to know more details and for this you should have an ENT consultation.
Secondly allergic per se cannot be "treated " but you can control it by life style change, & medications like nasal sprays as primary and if no relief from medication than surgery if there is any polyp or obstruction etc depending on case to case basis ....
There are certain trials going on for immunomodulators but it is quite early to conclude yet
