Little ear ache, increased hearing
I was blowing my nose in the morning and I blocked my ear for my hand, and then I had a pain in my ear and head started spinning. And my hearing increased, I mean I could her all the voice which were not even very close.
This "increased hearing" has happened before.but when I consulted an ENT she cleared the wax and that time too I heard a lot of voice and I told her, than she said, this is normal, but it was not.
Please tell me what is actually happening to me.and previously after some time, when I would close my nostrils with index finger and thumb, and when I used to suck in, the hearing would come back to normal. But I am not able to do this also this time

Your problem has started because of vigorous nose blowing. Kindly stop that immediately.
For giddiness you can take tab vertin 8mg twice a day.
There is a condition in which hearing is loud called hyperacusis.
Need more history.
